Is it really unlimited requests?

Yes, for the Recurring plan. You can add as many design requests to your queue as you need. We'll work through them one at a time, completing each task in 2-3 days on average. For Project-Based work, requests are defined in your custom scope agreement.

Am I locked into a commitment?

For Recurring: No contract required. Cancel or pause anytime with no penalties or fees. For Project-Based: Yes, we require a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables. A 50% deposit is required to start, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

How fast will I receive my designs?

For Recurring: Most tasks are completed in 2-3 days. Simple requests (like social posts) might be same-day, while complex work (like full landing pages) might take 4-5 days. For Project-Based: We work faster with priority turnaround of 1-2 days per deliverable. We can handle 2-3 active tasks at once during your project sprint. Total project timeline is typically 4-8 weeks depending on scope.

What if I don't like the design?

We offer unlimited revisions on both plans. For Recurring, you can request changes until you're satisfied. For Project-Based work, you get unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. We'll keep refining until it's right.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely! Many clients start with a Project-Based engagement to complete a major initiative, then transition to Recurring for ongoing support. You can also pause Recurring and return to Project-Based for larger work. We're flexible to match your needs.

Why can't I just hire a full-time designer?

Do you offer refunds?

For Recurring: You can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the following month. No refunds on the current billing period. For Project-Based: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project begins and scope is agreed upon. The final 50% is due upon completion. If the project is cancelled mid-way, payment is prorated based on work completed.
